Returns and refunds

Thank you for shopping with HM Luxe. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date you received them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging

How return something back

Email us at HMluxe.help@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will reply with the exact shipping address and instructions on where to send your package.

Please do not send your purchase back to the sender address on your original shipping label without emailing us first.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Refunds and processing

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
